Three is the Charm

You may have heard the expression "Three is the charm" many times before; well, I'm here to tell you that it is a fact!

I am married to a wonderful lady named Christine, and we are both on our third marraige. Next month will be our thirteenth anniversary and I think we have finally got this whole marriage thing figured out. Do we ever fight? You bet we do, in fact we often get on each other's last nerve but that's okay. When all is said and done, we always make up and remain good friends through it all.

You may be wondering what is the secret. Well, here it is. This time around we are not trying to do it all alone. Right from the start, thirteen years ago, we invited Christ to be part of our marriage and He has been with us through thick and thin ever since! Both Christine and I are active in church and Bible study and our faith has helped us to grow closer to each other and toghether we have grown closer to God.

Yes three is the charm, not just because it is our third marraige, but also because instead of two in the marriage there are three! Let Jesus in, he will help!
